On August 21, 2025, ROOF21 had the honor of co-hosting and supporting the TREBA on Tour Pattaya Conference, an event that brought together leaders, professionals, and policymakers in Thailand’s real estate industry. Held at Dusit Thani Pattaya, this full-day conference was more than just an industry gathering — it was a statement of where we believe Thai Real Estate must go next.

Why TREBA Pattaya?

Pattaya and the Eastern Economic Corridor are at the heart of Thailand’s transformation.
With rapid growth in tourism, infrastructure, and international investment, Pattaya has become one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the region. But with opportunity also comes responsibility. The absence of a formal licensing system for agents in Thailand has created inconsistency in service, professionalism, and client trust.
This is why WE supported TREBA in bringing the conference to Pattaya: to start the conversation, to share knowledge, and to set a new standard for the future of our industry.
Raising the Standard to International Level

The key message of the event was clear: Thai Real Estate Professionals must raise themselves to the level of international agents.
This means:
  • Building expertise in foreign ownership rules, the FET process, leasehold structures, inheritance considerations, and investor guidance.
  • Understanding how international clients view Thailand — with interest but also with caution — and bridging that gap with honesty, clarity, and integrity.
  • Committing to continuous learning, collaboration, and global best practices.
By embracing these standards, agents can become trusted advisors, not just salespeople.

Why It Matters for Clients?

For clients, both Thai and international, this shift means more than professional service. It means confidence. It means knowing that the person guiding you through a transaction understands the law, the process, and your concerns — and that they will put integrity above all else.
At ROOF21, we believe clients deserve nothing less.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

Hosting and supporting TREBA Pattaya was not about one event — it was about building momentum. It was about creating a platform where industry leaders could come together and openly discuss how to improve our profession, our standards, and our responsibilities to clients.
We are proud that Pattaya was chosen as the stage for this conversation. And we are proud to continue working with associates, our colleagues, and our partners to set a higher bar for the future of real estate in Thailand.
Because raising the standard is not just an idea. It is a commitment we live by.
